  5. Spectacle Rx:  -3.25 D. sphere
  6. K-reading: 44.00 D. sphere

  9. With a spherical rigid or hydrogel lens on the eye the refractive error could be fully corrected since there is no corneal toricity.  With no corneal toricity there is no cylindrical power created in the lacrimal lens when the rigid lens is on the eye.  Since no cylinder is required for this patient either lens type is a viable option.
